WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? // DO YOU TRAVEL?
We are currently located in Nashville, Tennessee. We say currently because we travel ALL T HE TIME. We both love being on the road, in the air, or somewhere on a boat. We are not afraid to travel to wherever you are.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO BOOK?
As an engaged couple, we found out the hard way that wedding vendors book FAST. If you want to book with Icarus and Bee, we suggest at least reaching out as soon as you decide you are interested in hearing more.
DO YOU CAPTURE THE FULL: CEREMONY, VOWS, SPEECHES, REHEARSAL DINNER?
Our cameras are always rolling. We are constantly capturing the day, and this includes your full ceremony, vows, and first look. However, we do not offer the uncut versions in every package. For more information, feel free to reach out.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ACT OF GOD // ILLNESS // DEATH OCCURS AND YOU CAN'T MAKE IT?
First and foremost, we have actually never had this happen... thank goodness. If something were to happen, we are extremely well connected in the film space and would ensure that your day is captured. Additionally, you would get a FULL REFUND. We would never leave our couples not taken care of - we have your back!
DO YOU OFFER THE RAW FOOTAGE OF MY DAY?
Raw footage is absolutely something we can add on, but you would be surprised how few couples want the footage after seeing their wedding video. We strive to use most of the footage in capturing your perfect day, only excluding the briefest passing moments.

Icarus and Bee is ran by two soulmates, who just GET IT. We know what it feels like to be in love, to want every moment captured, to want your story told in a way that is both authentic but aesthetic. We blend in with the surroundings so you do not feel detached from your day, letting your story take center stage. Our step by step getting to know you process allows for all our couples to fully understand what they are getting into and what to expect day of, and in the days to follow. We will celebrate with you, cry with you, and exceed your expectations. Not only are you leaving your wedding with a new partner for life - you will be leaving with two new videographer friends.
